Evaluate existing or vendor-proposed AI tools for integration
Build and test AI-driven agents and intelligent automation workflows using approved APIs
Embed with brand teams during early deployment phases and troubleshoot solutions
Own the AI COE value narrative by building and maintaining a leadership-ready dashboard

5 – 8 years blending Marketing Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or MarTech engineering
Proven track record of actively building with current AI tools within the past 12 months
Strong conceptual grasp of how enterprise data flows, how APIs connect, and how AI overlays across a fragmented modern marketing stack
Solid working knowledge of enterprise CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and ad platforms
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex LLM behaviors to traditional brand managers
