About this role

Commit to the course schedule during the 15-month training program
Assume responsibility to meet competencies and learning milestones outlined in the program
Report to the program’s designated training partner for theoretical instruction
Designate time for crucial job training in the designated department during clinical rotations
Complete face-to-face clinical theory instructions, simulations labs, and virtual learning platform
Adapt behavior to specific patient populations
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Remain knowledgeable of laws, regulations, and accreditation standards pertaining to the assigned area of responsibility.

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled in a designated (PTCB) accredited Pharmacy Technician training program within 30 days of hire
Must obtain Pharmacy Technician Candidate registration in the state of practice within 90 days of hire
Must have computer skills for data entry and information retrieval
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and various software packages specific to the role
Strong interpersonal skills.
