Support HR administration as per daily operational needs
Operate in HR systems and programs
Contribute to effective internal communication.
Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)
Support payroll process across all countries within scope (providing variable elements in the approved format, clarifying doubts in cooperation with Payroll team)
Contribute to the successful execution of the payroll migration project in the countries during implementation phase.
Requirements
College or university degree, preferably in HR, Economics.
2 years of relevant HR experience and Payroll exposure
Experience with Payroll software and Payroll practices (France, Belgium, the Netherlands)
French and English mandatory, Dutch would be an asset
Workday and SAP experience would be an asset
Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
