- Assist the Manager of Respiratory Care in development and maintenance of respiratory clinical excellence
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Respiratory Staff
- Evaluate, coordinate, and facilitate education and development of the Respiratory Therapists
- Act as a liaison to multidisciplinary teams for patient care protocols
Requirements
- AAS degree in health care related field
- Previous supervisory experience
- Recent acute care experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrate clinical excellence
- NYS License as a Respiratory Therapist
