Role Overview

• Independently execute customer projects
• Drive digitalization, optimize and design business processes and strategies
• Lead workshops, trainings and pitches for our clients
• Work closely with our development team and oversee the development process
• Manage multiple exciting projects simultaneously
• Be the point of contact for your team on complex tasks and projects
• Mentor Senior Consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting; industry career changers are welcome for expert roles
• Extremely quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking and very high self-motivation
• Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and complex problem solving
• A can-do attitude paired with deep subject-matter expertise
• Business-fluent language skills (at least C1) in German and English
