Role Overview
- Own accounts from signature, running onboarding in conjunction with Solution Engineers
- Drive net retention and hold renewal conversations
- Hold technical conversations with ML engineers and technical buyers
- Partner cross-functionally with AEs and SEs on joint account planning and expansion
Requirements
- 3-5 years customer-facing experience
- Prior experience with technical or developer-facing products (open source, APIs, ML/AI) is strongly preferred
- Ability to hold technical conversations
- Commercially sharp and able to hold renewal conversations confidently
- You must operate without scaffolding
