You will work directly with the CEO on GreenPocket’s strategic direction.
With your broad range of interests, you will identify, over several months, market-relevant key elements for acquiring new direct customers from a specific segment (e.g., retail, municipalities, and the housing sector).
From your findings you will derive concrete action items and proactively engage in initial conversations with potential customers.
You will identify and qualify new market segments and customer groups, create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), initiate first customer contact, and in the future also conduct qualification calls and webinars.
You will build and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
You will actively work with the technology for automating our sales processes and drive its development forward.
You will build and optimize lead-generation processes.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Controlling, and discuss your results directly with the CEO.
Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business administration, or a program with a management focus, or you have another comparable qualification that convinces us.
You are a clear thinker who sees the big picture and can analyze connections quickly.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in sales and/or business development at a software company, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
It is desirable that you are interested in topics around energy efficiency and AI or already have experience in this area.
With your very good PowerPoint skills you captivate others with your presentations, and you are also very confident using Excel.
With your very good German and English skills you won’t shy away from conversations with potential customers.
