Support new product launches and strategy extensions by coordinating across investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams
Collaborate with sales and investment teams to understand complex requirements
Assist in developing tailored solutions
Produce high‑quality marketing and fundraising materials for pitch decks, DDQs, RFIs, and contribute to portfolio reviews and case studies
Support all aspects of active fundraises for private market products, from product launch to final close
Monitor market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics in the private markets sector to inform fundraising efforts and product strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement end‑to‑end solutions (Product, Service Delivery, IT, Business Management)
Support the further development of the product management function
Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
Previous professional experience at an asset management firm, investment bank, private bank, or investment advisory firm in a product management role related to the fund business
Good understanding of the fund industry, its products, and competitors
Strong analytical skills to support product quality and development
Team player with the ability to participate in investment discussions
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and switch flexibly between internal and external duties as needed, while maintaining an open‑minded attitude
Ability to build respect and trust within the team and across specialist teams through careful work and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills in English
Strong IT aptitude and solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
