Role Overview
- Support a high-performing team handling complex and large loss claims
- Prepare and file basic court documents
- Manage deadlines, hearing dates, and case records
- Liaise with experts, counsel, and courts
- Support communication with clients, witnesses, and insurers
- Review medical records, evidence, and reports
- Prepare summaries and document bundles
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy
- Draft witness statements and instructions to counsel
- Assist with disclosure and evidence analysis
- Attend client meetings and support case progression
Requirements
- An interest in developing a career in complex or catastrophic injury law
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
It would also be helpful if you have::
- Some experience in litigation or personal injury (e.g. RTA, EL/PL, or similar)
- Exposure to case handling or assisting in legal environments
- Legal studies or qualifications (e.g. LPC, CILEX) or equivalent experience
