You are not a developer who sits in a corner and works through tickets. You go to the client, understand their problem, and build the solution. Specifically: on-site at the client. You sit with the people who have the problem.
Run bootcamps. 5-day intensive formats where you take the client team from a vague idea to a working MVP.
Build AI systems. Agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations.
Consider governance. Regulated environments are our focus. GDPR, BAIT/VAIT, EU AI Act.

Senior level. 8+ years of professional experience overall, not specific to AI.
Solid fundamentals in Python backend development and demonstrable experience with LLM-based applications.
AI experience is not just a nice-to-have.
You must be able to talk to customers.
The only exception to the senior-level requirement: If you are exceptionally strong in AI and can demonstrate what you’ve built, we will consider candidates with fewer years of experience.
Tech stack must-haves, solid basics: Python (your main tool), FastAPI or a comparable Python web framework, PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database, Docker, Git / CI/CD, experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or others), RAG architectures or agent systems (basic knowledge).

Work on real AI projects.
Variety. Different industries, different problems: finance, insurance, public sector, industry.
Open-source-first. No proprietary stack that you can’t use elsewhere.
Internal upskilling. We invest in your AI skills (EXO 3.0, Agent Passport, certifications).
MacBook (unless the client provides their own hardware).
