You provide hands‑on expertise in SAP FI/CO during the S/4HANA rollout, supporting fit‑gap analyses, testing activities, data validation, and cutover preparation
You ensure that financial processes in the new system reflect business requirements and adhere to internal and external compliance standards
You take ownership of post–go‑live support, including resolving incidents, optimizing processes, and stabilizing the financial landscape after deployment
You support controlling‑related processes (e.g., cost center accounting, internal orders, basic profitability analysis) and collaborate with CO experts as needed
You understand key touchpoints between Finance and logistics processes (FI/MM integration for procurement, FI/SD/CO integration for order‑to‑cash) and help ensure seamless E2E process flows
You ensure clear communication and alignment durante design, testing, and rollout
You support business users with training, documentation, and day‑to‑day issue resolution
You collaborate with workstreams to address process dependencies and coordinate integrations across modules (MM, SD, CO)
You temporarily take over operational FI/CO tasks to free up internal experts for project activities
You ensure stable daily operations throughout the S/4HANA transformation
You help identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, or harmonization under the OneFinance/GBS framework
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
You bring hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, ideally from project or transformational environments
You have strong expertise in Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Assets, closing) and good general knowledge of Controlling processes.
You understand integrated logistics flows, ideally with experience in FI/MM and SD/FI/CO integration
You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities during rollout phases
With strong communication skills and cultural awareness, you collaborate effectively in international, cross‑functional teams
You are fluent in English and German
You bring an analytical, solution‑oriented mindset and enjoy working hands‑on with systems and data
You are flexible with occasional business travel
Experience in global or matrix organizations and familiarity with shared services (GBS) is beneficial.
