Engineering Design Associate

Role Overview

• provide work management system, Design Tool data entry, and general support to Designers
• perform outage auditing activities, data review, and general support
• review outage data for the electrical distribution system
• research and validate outage information using available tools and systems
• maintain timely turnaround of assigned auditing work and workload expectations
• communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• use required applications, systems, and tools to support outage auditing work
• comply with safety, health, and environmental policies
• support human performance expectations and make sound decisions when auditing

Requirements

• Associate’s degree
• High School/GED AND two (2) or more years related work experience
• excellent customer skills
• effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• flexibility and dependability during storm events
• familiarity with power, quality, and reliability processes
• experience using computer-based drawing tools
• one to three years of providing customer service support
