Role Overview
- Be the leader of a cross-functional team supporting a project from inception to planning
- Work closely with the Project Executive and Project Manager for development of Contract Agreements
- Key point of contact for clients during preconstruction/planning phases
- Transition control of the project to the Project Manager during construction phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination
- Travel: 15-25%
