Responsible for the operational oversight and end-of-life execution of North American community relations initiatives and business events.
Manages the implementation of community efforts across North America and facilitates educational initiatives.
Leads the full-scale delivery of key programs, such as the Group Leadership Forum and Top Performer recognition.
Collaborates with communication leads and business units to provide logistical leadership for events.
Establishes best-in-class workflows informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
Drives a winning culture by designing and executing high-impact experiences that celebrate competitive achievements.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (hospitality, colleague engagement, marketing, or communications), OR equivalent years of experience.
3+ years of experience planning and executing large-scale domestic, international, and virtual events.
Proven track record in developing North American community partnership strategies, including non-profit collaboration and volunteer mobilization.
Expertise in managing program budgets, site selection, and contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
Proficient in implementing meeting management software, mobile event apps, and travel platforms.
Experience managing social media efforts and educational websites.
