Develop and strengthen the innovation ecosystem of the Unimed System
Promote strategic connections between Unimeds, startups, partners and market stakeholders
Act as a facilitator of the innovation community, identifying business opportunities
Foster open innovation across Unimeds in Brazil
Support the development and delivery of workshops to promote intrapreneurship
Implement and manage an innovation funnel
Participate in innovation events and initiatives both within Unimeds and externally
Be responsible for implementing the internal innovation culture at Unimed Brazil
Prepare presentations for project management plans

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields
Experience with innovation ecosystems, startups, communities, or open innovation programs
Ability to build relationships and connect diverse stakeholders
Strong communication skills, ability to influence, and experience leading groups and events
Business acumen and the ability to identify value-creation opportunities
Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
