Role Overview
- Provide strategic legal counsel across real estate and facilities matters
- Review and negotiate complex commercial leases
- Manage outside counsel and ensure compliance with laws
- Advise on employee health and workplace safety regulations
- Collaborate with business teams on real estate strategy
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience focused on commercial real estate and facilities-related matters
- Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing and real estate law
- Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations as applied to leasing
