Drive revenue growth through targeted business development with both existing clients and new prospects
Build, deepen, and manage relationships with large, complex commercial and Agricultural clients
Focus business development efforts across commercial & industrial (C&I) and Agricultural opportunities and specialized industry verticals
Structure and negotiate loan terms within your authority to meet client needs and organizational goals
Prepare and present comprehensive credit analyses and lending recommendations
Conduct ongoing credit reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor and manage portfolio risk, maintaining accurate risk ratings and proactive issue identification
Represent the bank in the community to build brand awareness and strengthen local partnerships
Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development
Partner with loan support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
6+ years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or business development (Required)
Ag experience highly preferred.
