Role Overview
- Lead execution of the Integrated Product Team for a defined WBS element (e.g., launcher, rail, interface cabinet)
- Own product-level technical integration, maturation, and schedule execution across participating functions
- Lead CAM activities supporting the execution of assigned control accounts
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities; develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Lead product-level engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and ensure readiness
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes, configuration management, and Quality and Mission Assurance requirements
- Provide schedule, risk and production status updates
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Leadership experience of cross-functional or technical teams
- Experience with RLPM, EVMS, WBS, and schedule integration concepts
- Configuration management and quality processes experience
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
