Role Overview
- Responsible for the overall profit and growth of an assigned territory
- Oversee Surety underwriting activities within the region
- Establish marketing plan and oversee related marketing activities
- Manage territorial workflows to maximize productivity, efficiency and expense control
- Oversee relationships with producers and accounts
- Contribute to division's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Ten plus years’ experience in the contract Surety business
- College degree in Business with successful completion of courses in Finance, Management, Accounting and Marketing or equivalent work experience
- AFSB designation also preferred.
