Requirements
3–5 years in a creative agency, advertising agency, or in-house team working on interactive mobile ads
Deep knowledge of playable ad best practices — file size constraints, engagement mechanics, tutorial design, end-card conversion patterns, and what makes the first 3 seconds work across UA channels
A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and animation chops
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
A sharp ability to learn new software quickly — you'll go deep on PLAY and use a stack of AI tools that evolves often. We hire for adaptability over any single tool.
Comfort working with AI creative tools (image generation, prompt-based workflows, AI-assisted iteration). Our platform is layered with AI features and the strongest designers on our team treat AI as a collaborator, not a shortcut.
