About this role

Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts
Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues
Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts
Restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior engineering staff as needed
Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken
Ensure all issues are resolved within the allotted time or escalated appropriately
Provide weekend and flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team absences or vacations as needed

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles
Basic technical aptitude; prior experience with dashboards or similar systems is a plus
Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage but not required
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software systems and technology
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to provide flexible shift coverage, supporting team members during vacations or absences
