Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and related project documentation.
Coordinate resources, equipment, project information, and internal support needed to execute Field Services projects.
Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Prepare project reports and proactively communicate project updates, risks, delays, and status information to stakeholders.
Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving issues or risks that may impact project delivery, schedule, budget, quality, or customer expectations.
Support adherence to project scope, objectives, customer requirements, and internal processes.
Collaborate with internal departments, field teams, customers, and vendors to support successful project execution.
Support Senior Project Managers, Project Controls Managers, and Field Services leadership with day-to-day project management tasks.
Assist with project documentation, including tracking, reporting, customer-facing updates, and internal project records.
Support customer relationship management by maintaining professional communication and assisting with issue resolution as needed.
Assist with budget tracking, change order support, project profitability tracking, and financial reporting as assigned.
Maintain awareness of project timelines, deliverables, open action items, and required follow-up.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, project management, construction, field service, or a related operational role required.
Experience supporting field service, construction, commissioning, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or technical service projects preferred.
Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, deliverables, and customer communication preferred.
Experience with project management software tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
