Assist in overseeing a team of professionals and drive operational excellence
Develop, assemble, and lead high level operational projects
Facilitate high-quality expansion within market
Oversee the launch of new offices
Collaborate with all state leadership
Support the Operations Director and Supervisors in cultivating a positive team environment
Partner with the Operations Supervisors alongside the Operations Director on focal points for improvement and efficiencies within operational workflows.
Assist with special projects by providing project management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of operational leadership experience in a behavioral health or human services field
Strong software application skills including Microsoft Suite and/or G-Suite (Google)
Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 40M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
