Re-Imagine RQM is our internal effort to build a full Revenue Quality Management (RQM) capability in Europe
creating practical, data-driven solutions that improve revenue quality and lay the foundation for an AI-enabled RQM program over time.
As the PMO Marketing Analyst, you will be the delivery engine for the Revenue Quality AI team.
You will bring structure, pace and clarity across multiple initiatives, ensure governance forums are decision-ready and help the team translate insights into executed actions with measurable outcomes.
Drive end-to-end delivery: build and maintain an integrated plan (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners) and keep work moving across parallel initiatives.
Lead the program cadence: plan and facilitate recurring forums (weekly execution reviews, decision checkpoints, leadership updates) with clear actions, owners, and dates.
Ensure decision readiness: coordinate inputs and prepare concise, decision-ready materials for governance forums, including tracking follow-up actions after decisions are made.
Consolidate value tracking: partner with the hiring manager and workstream leads to align on “how success is measured,” then bring together the reporting produced by analysts into a consistent view of progress and outcomes.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies: proactively identify blockers, maintain a clear RAID log, and escalate or resolve issues to protect delivery.
Create clear stakeholder communications: produce concise updates and summaries that help cross-functional teams stay aligned and leadership stay informed.
Support scale readiness: capture lessons learned, standardize simple playbooks/ways of working, and help set up repeatable processes that can scale beyond the initial phase.
Requirements
Project management expertise: proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives; manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong planning & organizational skills: comfortable structuring work, tracking progress, and managing multiple moving pieces in a deadline-driven environment.
Business acumen & collaboration: able to connect the dots across teams and translate different perspectives into a shared plan and clear next steps.

Clear communication: able to create concise, audience-appropriate updates and decision-ready materials; confident facilitating discussions and driving closure.
Learning mindset: interest in working in a data-driven, AI-supported environment and helping build new ways of working.
Nice to have: Experience supporting governance forums, decision packs, and benefits/value tracking.
