About this role
Role Overview
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support major Freight customers
- Monitor and report on service performance, DIFOT and customer KPIs
- Manage customer escalations and drive timely resolutions
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and retention
- Support the sales team to achieve growth and service outcomes
- Create & present Monthly & Quarterly PowerPoint presentations for delivery performance
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, sales support, logistics or account management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with reporting, Excel and CRM systems
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Customer-focused, proactive and solutions driven
- Freight, transport or supply chain experience highly regarded
