Senior Programmer – IFB

Role Overview

• Designs, develops/codes, documents, tests, implements and integrates new and existing software solutions to meet the business needs of the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB)
• Supports and maintains third-party software solutions
• Analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements
• Identifies, evaluates and recommends new technologies for implementation

Requirements

• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including outside of regular business hours as needed for maintenance, upgrades and/or cyclical processes
• Ability to lift, move and/or carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Occasional travel
