Role Overview
- Engage with Financial Advisors through virtual meetings and phone calls
- Build asset growth and firm profitability through strategic relationships
- Analyze industry data to build a business plan
- Prepare weekly action plans and conduct sales outreach
- Develop strong sales acumen to meet sales goals
- Maintain CRM systems for all advisor activities
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of the financial marketplace
- Experience with financial products sales preferred (2 years)
- Series 7 and 66 licenses already passed
- Strong interest in sales and proactive outreach
- Experience analyzing data for business planning
- Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to support 5-10% travel
