About this role

Lead end-to-end accounting and finance projects, including process redesign, system implementations (e.g., ERP, consolidation, reporting), and operational improvements
Review existing Accounting Technology Stack and recommend new functionality and tools, including the utilization of AI/Claude to improve the efficiency of current processes
Drive standardization and optimization of accounting processes (e.g., close, reconciliations, reporting) among multiple entities and geographies
Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through accounting integration and process alignment
Assist with monthly and quarterly month-end close items and reports

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting + industry preferred) or equivalent combination of education/experience
Demonstrated experience leading accounting or finance transformation projects
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
