Generate and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify client needs and align BELAY’s financial solutions with business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Develop and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, business consultants, and other strategic partners.
Collaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders to support lead conversion and market growth initiatives.
Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support client meetings, networking opportunities, partner relationship development, and other business activities.
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and business discussions to executive-level decision-makers.
Maintain an understanding of accounting, finance, and business operations to effectively position BELAY’s services.
Utilize Salesforce, Gong Engage, or similar platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in financial services, accounting services, financial technology, ERP, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, or related industries.
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
Experience generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound business development activities.
