Plan and execute internal operational, financial and process audits.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare audit reports with recommendations and action plans.
Monitor the implementation and progress of action plans resulting from audits.
Support the development and maintenance of the company's Compliance Program.
Monitor adherence to internal policies, corporate standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct risk analyses and support corporate risk management initiatives.
Participate in internal investigations and the inquiry of complaints when necessary.
Develop training and awareness activities related to ethics, integrity and compliance.
Act as a partner to business areas in identifying and mitigating risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate governance and internal processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Engineering or a related field.
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance or related areas is a plus.
Desired technical knowledge: Internal Auditing and Internal Controls.
Corporate Compliance and Governance.
Risk Management.
Preparation of executive reports and opinions.
Process mapping and review.
Anti-corruption legislation and topics related to corporate ethics.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Data analysis and BI tools are a plus.
Knowledge of COSO, ISO 37301, ISO 31000 or similar methodologies is considered a plus.
