About this role

Install, modify, repair, conduct preventive diagnosis, and perform maintenance on the software and hardware of the equipment and systems
Interface with customers to ensure contract SLA & customer satisfaction levels are maintained
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by conforming to work protocols and policies
Provide weekly system performance summaries that report number of system events and root cause / corrective actions
Assist with sample migration from old format to new format and load into customer Store

Associate of Science (AS) degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on technical training
Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent military technical training
Strong electrical and mechanical fundamentals
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain a valid passport during employment
Ability to successfully pass background screening requirements
Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems is a plus, but not required.
