OT – Therapy Annex

Role Overview

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
• Demonstrate safe and appropriate body mechanics
• Design a plan of care integrating goals and outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers using effective teaching methods
• Complete all necessary documentation in therapy EMR

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
• American Heart Association (AHA)
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
