Managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper
Overseeing recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees
Collaborating with department managers to define role requirements
Conducting initial screening calls and evaluating candidates based on established criteria
Presenting job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits
Exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
Documenting procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder
Developing, structuring, and documenting HR procedures aligned with company policies
Managing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Organizing three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture
Requirements
A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Experience in performance coaching
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
