Design, develop, and maintain accurate, high-quality data reports to support business needs
Write efficient SQL queries and actively perform SQL performance tuning to ensure optimal database speed and responsiveness
Deep-dive into the data architecture and tables to assist the application development team in debugging and resolving client-facing issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining consistent communication and a team-first attitude

Five (5) years of relevant IT experience
Deep, hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views (MS SQL Server or similar relational databases preferred)
Demonstrated ability to analyze execution plans, index data effectively and optimize slow-performing queries
Strong data literacy with the ability to quickly learn complex data structures and tables to debug software issues
A strong work ethic, excellent time management, and a track record of being a dependable, everyday team player.
