Ensure systems and processes comply with regulations and validation requirements applicable to regulated environments;
Perform configuration, support and troubleshooting activities in Windows-based corporate environments;
Support management of requests, incidents, and changes through ticketing tools and established processes;
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication between technical and business areas;
Other routine duties of the area.
Requirements
Experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry;
Knowledge of GxP;
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11;
Knowledge of Annex 11;
Knowledge of validation processes in regulated environments;
Strong experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Windows-based corporate environments;
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow;
Knowledge of Request Management processes;
Knowledge of Incident Management processes;
Knowledge of Change Management processes;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams;
Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have:
Experience with documentation tools;
