Contribute to exciting projects to optimize service processes and further develop the customer journey
Analyze customer feedback, service metrics and escalation cases to identify opportunities for improvement
Become familiar with key service areas such as repair management, returns processes, contact centers and Customer Experience Management
Take responsibility for projects and work packages independently from day one
Collaborate with national and international stakeholders in a dynamic and innovative environment
Build a company-wide network through cross-functional collaboration and regular exchanges

Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on business, engineering/technology or customer-oriented topics
Initial practical experience through internships, working-student roles or stays abroad
Interest in Customer Experience, service processes and the development of innovative customer solutions
Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
High level of initiative, willingness to learn and motivation to take on responsibility
Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete improvements
Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
