Role Overview
- Serves as a statistical department resource
- Prepares Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
- Collaborates with sponsors
- Directs the activities of other biostatistics personnel
- Conducts and participates in verification and quality control of project deliverables
Requirements
- Mentors biostatisticians on job skills
- Oversees or develop training plans
- Reviews SAS annotated case report forms (CRFs)
- Responsible for the statistical aspects of the protocol
- Provides statistical programming support as needed
- Identifies out of scope tasks and escalates to management
