About this role
Role Overview
Lead procurement processes for goods, services and technology, ensuring quality, competitiveness and compliance with corporate policies.
Conduct quotations, comparative analyses and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
Manage supplier contracts, including negotiations, renewals, price adjustments and terminations.
Ensure proper management of the contract lifecycle, monitoring deadlines, obligations and expirations.
Support internal teams in contracting services and acquiring materials, acting as a business partner.
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve commercial terms.
Conduct competitive bidding, supplier qualification/approval and supplier evaluation processes.
Monitor performance indicators for the procurement function and contracted suppliers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate controls and compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to procurement and contracts.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation and optimization initiatives for procurement processes.
Requirements
Intermediate or advanced English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or related fields.
Experience in corporate procurement and supplier negotiation.
Experience in contract and supplier management.
Experience with procurement processes, competitive bidding and strategic sourcing.
Ability to perform financial and commercial analysis of proposals.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with corporate ERP systems.
Experience contracting and managing technology and telecommunications suppliers.
Experience contracting corporate services, facilities and employee benefits.
Experience negotiating recurring contracts and long-term agreements.
Knowledge of supplier qualification/approval and evaluation processes.
Experience in multinational environments.
Familiarity with supplier performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs).
Participation in cost-reduction and corporate expense optimization projects.
Experience working in environments with strong governance, compliance and internal controls.
