About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the management of all user IT requests and incidents in the existing ticketing system
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for company IT hardware (computers and peripherals) as well as software
Install and configure standard applications and coordinate with vendors for specialized applications in production areas
Collaborate with other IT professionals (including remote teams) to maintain uninterrupted IT services
Regularly participate in training sessions to stay aligned with current requirements
Manage IT inventory (hardware and software)
Maintain and share knowledge documentation
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services
Participate in IT projects and support other departments with their projects
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training (EFZ or equivalent)
Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in using Windows-based computers and Microsoft products
Good understanding of Windows Server and network environments
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
