About this role
Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE resources and projects
- Lead and manage Java development teams and resource pools
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and utilization
- Act as primary client contacts and handle delivery escalations
- Coordinate with recruitment for timely onboarding of Java resources
- Track delivery metrics, risks, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 Years experience in Delivery Lead Role
- Strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in IT services or staffing delivery models preferred
