Play a central part in advancing service solutions that support the performance, reliability, and lifecycle value of electric power infrastructure
Work directly with customers across the Central U.S. region to promote and deliver services for installed substation and power system equipment
Focus on expanding service agreements, identifying upgrade and retrofit opportunities, and helping customers maintain and optimize critical grid assets such as transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers
Manage a blend of strategic account development and team leadership
Guide a service sales team while also engaging directly with customers to identify needs and deliver tailored service offerings
Collaborate closely with technical experts, leverage data-driven tools, and support the growth of modern service models across the evolving energy landscape
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems/solutions; OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR Associate degree with 10+ years of experience in a related field
Experience working with electric substation equipment such as transformers, switchgear, or circuit breakers
Background in technical sales or customer-facing roles presenting power system solutions
Experience leading or supporting a service sales team
Familiarity with substation operations and maintenance practices or construction
Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagement and regional coverage
