Role Overview
Enhance security resilience for our customers and communities
Build strong executive and internal relationships through effective planning and accountability
Proactively seek opportunities to position Cisco's comprehensive security portfolio
Drive double-digit revenue growth through identifying new projects and creating opportunities
Accurately forecast and report activities in line with expectations using Salesforce.com
Identify major projects within large accounts and lead initiatives to maximize revenue
Provide customers with appropriate pricing and configurations tailored to their needs
Forge high-level relationships within critical strategic accounts to secure business
Collaborate closely with technical resources to ensure technical excellence
Team up with the Cisco Channel Team on new and existing sales opportunities
Apply solution-selling methodologies to boost corporate revenue growth
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5+ years of overall sales experience
At least 3+ years dedicated to selling security solutions
Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting to closing deals
Highly motivated with a competitive nature, tenacity, and drive
Excellent communication and time management skills, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks
