Role Overview
- Collaborate with Cisco Business Units and suppliers to validate power circuit performance
- Effective communication of complex technical issues in a dynamic environment
- Resolve complex, multidisciplinary issues in power delivery circuits
- Enable Cisco's AI growth and uphold commitment to high-quality products
- Use technical expertise to identify and address contributing factors through corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent fields
- 7+ years of experience in electronic design, field applications, and/or component engineering
- Experience resolving issues related to production and field failures
- Experience or exposure to technical review for DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and manufacturing readiness
- Experience on driving failure analysis to resolve performance and quality issues in complex components and assemblies
- Experience on the building blocks, manufacturing/assembly, quality/reliability control processes for board mount power module solutions
