Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and intercompany transactions across global entities
Manage multi-currency accounting and consolidation in compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP standards
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and speed
Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across all business units
Deliver actionable financial analysis and variance reporting to senior leadership and global stakeholders
Build financial models to support business cases, market entry decisions, and investment planning
Ensure full compliance with Philippine BIR requirements, SEC filings, and applicable international tax obligations
Manage cash flow, FX exposure, and treasury operations across multiple currencies and banking relationships
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to maintain a clean compliance record
Implement and continuously improve financial systems, controls, and reporting automation (ERP, BI tools)
Establish scalable financial processes that support rapid headcount and revenue growth
Champion data integrity across all finance systems and source-of-truth reporting
Lead and develop a local finance team, setting performance expectations and fostering continuous growth
Partner with global HR, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams to align financial priorities with business strategy
Serve as the primary finance liaison for regional executives and global finance leadership
Requirements
7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior individual contributor role
Strong command of Philippine statutory compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and international accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP)
Proven experience in a multinational or globally operating company — managing cross-border transactions, intercompany reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance executives
CPA license is required; MBA or CFA designation is a strong advantage
