To support Prosus goals and ambitions to lead AI innovation and improve everyday life for billions across the globe through cutting-edge technology, we are seeking an AI Regulatory Product Counsel to join the Prosus Group Privacy, Digital & AI Governance team, as part of the Legal function.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Prosus AI team and the cross-functional teams to provide strategic advice and support for launches and regulatory matters related to AI deployments, in particular agentic AI.
As a trusted advisor to the AI teams, you will collaborate with our digital&regulatory team, the corporate legal team, policy and compliance at the intersection of advanced AI and emerging AI regulations.
Engage with and continuously support the Prosus AI Team;
Provide expert advice on matters related to the implementation of AI tools, agents, infrastructure etc., including contractual terms.
Operationalise the Prosus global Responsible AI Policy and establish viable AI governance mechanisms and engagement models;
Support Legal Innovation through the deployment of AI in Legal Operations, including through AI agents;

You hold at least one Master’s-level Degree in a relevant field, specifically Law, Technology;
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in advising on technology product launches and/or deployments, including experience of working across legal, policy, regulatory, and compliance teams and you have a track record on advising on deployments of AI technology;
You have subject matter expertise in European regulatory frameworks relating to AI;
You have a structured mindset and are very organized;
