Contact Center Representative

Role Overview

• Providing prompt and exceptional customer service and support for all Ancora brands and departments
• Handling inbound inquiries with a working knowledge of products and services
• Executing outbound calling using appropriate scripting to connect students and customers to the correct vertical
• Meeting established KPI metrics and performance expectations
• Actively participating in ongoing training and individual coaching sessions
• Scheduling appointments for Admissions representatives
• Responding to customer requests with quality and compassion
• Assisting students with resetting passwords and assessing customer needs
• Performing other duties as assigned by Contact Center leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with customers
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience in customer service or a contact center
