Role Overview
- Lead the Platform and Data Engineering teams
- Ensure the technical foundation is stable, scalable, and easy to work with
- Manage and support engineers across teams
- Facilitate technical discussions and architecture reviews
- Contribute to code reviews or technical tasks when needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing engineers in platform, infrastructure, or data teams
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud SQL, Cloud Logging, BigQuery), but AWS or Azure also relevant
- Experience designing and operating Kubernetes-based environments
- Understanding of data engineering fundamentals
- SQL, relational database concepts, and modern backend development practices
