Role Overview
- Collaborate with BA Trade Manager on compliance with export control, sanctions, customs, tariff classification, and ABAC laws
- Provide compliance guidance on Trade, ABAC, and HuRi matters
- Establish guidelines for export license applications and monitor submissions to government authorities
- Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable insights for senior leadership
- Oversee the Monitoring dashboard and manage compliance activities
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in Law or equivalent
- Deep domain knowledge in Trade Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), and Human Rights (HuRi)
- 10+ years of Trade and ABAC compliance experience
- Proven people leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of government regulatory processes
- Familiarity with commercial issues and product offerings for industries related to ABB’s global trade
