Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end architecture across systems, software, data, infrastructure and integrations
- Define architecture principles, standards, roadmaps and reference architectures
- Translate customer needs, product direction and technical constraints into coherent, implementable architectures
- Lead key technology decisions, evaluations and proof-of-concepts
- Govern architecture through reviews, decision frameworks and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability and security are addressed
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, integration complexity and architectural debt
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software, systems engineering, communications technology or solution architecture
- Proven track record of defining and governing end-to-end architectures
- Experience with architecture governance, including design reviews, ADRs, interfaces and non-functional requirements
- Comfortable working across software, infrastructure, data, security and integrations
- Experience with complex system integration from regulated or defence-related domains
- Hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in English is required.
