You define adoption KPIs per product and build the data models in Planhat and our BI stack so that risks and opportunities become objectively visible.
You design, build, and iterate digital customer interventions: trigger-based email sequences, in-app nudges, automated health checks — and measure impact rather than gut feeling.
You work directly with Customer Operations, Product Experts, and our Technical Infrastructure team — you understand the data layer and manipulate it cleanly yourself.
You formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and deliver recommendations — no hand-holding by a senior.
Requirements
Top student in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Business Informatics — performance before profile.
SQL and Python are standard tools, not a learning objective; dbt, Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent are not new territory.
Genuine business interest: KPIs are a lever for you, not an obligation. You understand why a 5% move in the activation-rate KPI is worth more than an elegant model without an audience.
AI-native: you build with Cursor/Claude/Copilot, automate in n8n or similar, and think lifecycle logic in pipelines, not in slides.
Excellent work as the standard — no half-baked notebooks, no “I actually wanted to validate that still”.
